What we'll do - meal planning
In this two hour session:
- We’ll walk through two different types of meal planning templates that best suit your needs
- We’ll actually make one meal together that you can incorporate into your meal plan for the week
- We’ll talk through all the major meal planning tips and tricks, including why Pinterest should never be your first go-to for finding recipes
- I’ll provide you with a month’s worth of meal plans and corresponding grocery lists
- I’ll get to know your schedule and develop a personalized guide on how to incorporate or reincorporate a meal planning routine into it.
- I’ll also include a quick Human Design assessment to help you learn how to best meal plan for your specific needs
What we'll do - meal prep
In this two hour session:
- We’ll meal prep in your home to show you how easy it can feel to meal prep on a regular basis in your own space.
- We’ll actually make three meals for you to have for the week so that you’re feeling confident in the kitchen and can relax when it comes to dinnertime.
- I’ll provide you with a month’s worth of meal plans and corresponding grocery lists
- I’ll get to know your schedule and develop a personalized guide on how to incorporate or reincorporate a meal prep routine into it
- I’ll also include a quick Human Design assessment to help you learn how to best meal prep for your specific needs

Additional Details/What's Included:
- Each session is a 1:1, personalized session tailored to your specific needs
- This is for residents within a 25 mile radius of Madison, Wi (please contact Danielle and Eat for Life Collective if you are outside of this radius and would like to discuss travel)
- I will travel to your home for the session
- The meal planning session includes one meal, four servings
- The meal prep session includes three meals, four servings each
- Groceries will be purchased and brought to your home by Eat for Life Collective (included in the pricing for each session)
- Once you’ve booked either session, you’ll be sent, within 24 hours, a short contract, service selection (meal planning or prep), invoice/payment, short questionnaire on food/meal preferences and a question on your birth date and time to be able to run your Human Design chart.
- Including your Human Design details will help us to better understand how you best meal plan and prep. It will seriously change the game in making this process a whole lot less daunting.
