Meditation Session – GIFT


Feel like you don’t have time for meditation? In less than 90 minutes, I’ll show you how easy it is to begin to incorporate meditation into your lifestyle, and the immense benefits of meditation itself.

This can be done virtually or in-person for residents within a 25 mi radius of Madison, Wi.

During our 90 minute session:

  • We’ll walk through your daily/weekly schedule
  • I’ll create a loose weekly plan for where and when you can incorporate meditation into your lifestyle
  • We’ll do a meditation together to become centered and grounded
  • We’ll do a short journaling exercise

This session is where all of my clients have their biggest and most impactful breakthroughs. I trust that you will too during this session.
