A 4 ingredient sweet, fluffy pumpkin spice dip that has some sort of magical powers to it.

Earlier this week I shared these cute little gluten free pumpkin spice cookies. And today I’m giving you a little extra with this fluffy sweet pumpkin spice dip. Pumpkin spice all day errday, #amiright? This spongy dip is so pumpkin spicy it’s a bit redonkulous. Whoa, where are all of these crazy sayings coming from? It must be the pumpkin spice. Yep, going with that.
I don’t know what sort of crazy {Hocus Pocus} magic happens with this pumpkin spice dip, but I’m definitely not complaining about it. When the Jell-O pudding mix hits soft pillows of cool-whip it transforms into something so magical. It was surely made for Halloween {or really any time you really want some pumpkin spice in your life. Spice Up Your Life anyone??? ??}.
It just blows my mind that four simple ingredients can turn into a dip so dip-able that you may just hoard it all to yourself. Sharing is definitely not required when it comes to this pumpkin spice cloud of goodness.
As I mentioned, there are only four ingredients that make up this pumpkin spice dip:
- Sugar Free, Fat Free Vanilla Jell-O pudding
- Pumpkin pie spice
- Lite Cool-Whip
- Chobani Pumpkin Spice Greek Yogurt
Now this is a very scientific process. You first must have thawed cool-whip {can anyone tell me why it comes frozen in the first place?? I need answers!}. Next mix together the pudding mix and {the best part} pumpkin pie spice. Sprinkle half of the mix over the top and fold it into the cool-whip. Do the same with the remaining mix. P.S. Folding just means not beating it to death with a spoon.
After all of the Jell-O mix is added you’ll start to see the transformation happen. But we’re not done yet. Fold in yogurt. If you can’t specifically find Chobani pumpkin spice yogurt, any other pumpkin spice yogurt would work just as well.
Your work is done! Cover your bowl and pop your crazy cool pumpkin spice dip in the refrigerator to chill. {Maybe swipe a few taste tests here and there…}. Then all you have to do is either eat it by the spoonful or use those cute little cookies I talked about in the beginning to scoop up your fluffy, tastes like Fall, dip!

- 1 {3 oz} box sugar free, fat free vanilla Jell-O pudding mix
- 1 tsp. pumpkin spice
- 1 {8 oz} tub lite Cool Whip, thawed
- 1 {5.3 oz} container Chobani Pumpkin Spice Greek Yogurt

In a small bowl, mix together the Jell-O and pumpkin spice.

In a large bowl, add the cool-whip. Fold* in half of the pudding mix until incorporated. Repeat with the remaining pudding mix.

Fold in half of the Greek yogurt. Repeat with the remaining yogurt.

Cover and place in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.

Eat with pretzels or graham crackers or these pumpkin spice cookies.
*Note: folding just means scooping the mixture from the bottom to the top without beating the batter to death.
